We truly believe in promoting leaders from within; most of our plant’s senior leadership started right where you’ll be starting, and many of you will become our future leaders. Cardinal IG in the Community

Cardinal IG Fargo believes in investing in the Fargo-Moorhead community. Cardinal IG Fargo is one of fourteen United Way Live United Partners and has made the list of the region’s Top 50 Most Generous Workplaces for the past several years, boasting 100% participation in its annual United Way fundraising drive for the past dozen years. In partnership with the United Way of Cass-Clay, the City of Fargo, the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation, The Chamber, and other community leaders, Cardinal helped establish Tap Ride services allowing individuals without reliable transportation to connect between public transportation hubs and individual businesses in the industrial park, removing transportation as a barrier to employment. At Cardinal IG Fargo we’re making an impact on our community!
